Education professionals were included as the priority group in the National Immunization Plan (PNI) and those selected from the next shipment of vaccines. The change was approved at a meeting of the CIT, the Tripartite Intermanagers Committee of the SUS, this Thursday (27).

In this sense, we reinforce all our defense and support to science and education, essential to all humanity. Therefore, all our professionals will be properly vaccinated, thus contributing to the protection and safety of the health and life of our school community.

Our role and social duty also consist in educating about the importance of mass vaccination, an end to which we can live in health and safety, in a world possible for everyone. Thus, the vaccine is essential for the prevention, combat and eradication of the coronavirus.

The prioritization of education professionals is a collective victory, as we deserve the due prominence and respect for continuing to transform the world, through saber, despite facing so many challenges during the pandemic.

Education has always been and will always be essential to society. And so, collectively, we will continue to build the best knowledge of the state, forming happy, capable and excellent citizens.
